I would suggest you research Hydroquinone. It causes certain problems that are far worst than the spots it helps lighten in the short term. This problem is often very noticeable in countries like India, and China where skin lighteners tend to be used quite over the top. I personnally used to use it every day, and now the darker areas got much darker and are very reactive to sun light - and I havent used hydroquinone for years now-. It gave a sort of mask effect on my face on the long term, a thing I HATE. I cannot find again the sources for this information, since I stopped using this so long a go. But it has something to do with it affecting the cells that "give" pigment, since it makes some of them give less pigment, but provokes some kind of malformation on others.

Hydroquinone is dangerous - it causes vitiligo. This happened to my mother - trust me. I am 32 years old as well and was in the same situation you were a few years ago. Kinerase works better than anything else in getting rid of sun spots. I sware by it - I use the ultimate night moisturizer at night and also in the morning because I have extremely dry skin from my allergy medicine. After noticing my sun spots appear about two years ago, I started using it and noticed the sun spots disappearing after about a month and they haven't come back after two years. Use it every day and I'm addicted. Please don't use hydroquinone.

fair and white whitenizer works well. any known beauty supply store would have this product. teh cream and gel combined, fades spots. however like any a sunscreen is advised. apart from limiting sun exposure. alos it bleaches skin, caution to use in moderation. there are also soaps, movate, omic etc whic do a good job not as fast as gels or creams. idole lemon is very good, used with natural lemon juice.

The best and safest way to remove skin discoloration cased by sun damage are topical creams containing N-acetyl glucosamine. There is sound scientific data to back this up. The Olay Definity line of products is what your looking for. I was doing research on how to reduce a surgical scar I have. I learned a lot about skin and how it naturally heals and hydrates. That led me to the conclusion that topical glucosamine, might be very beneficial to skin. After doing a few internet searches I read about clinic trials that showed that a cream containing N-acetyl glucosamine & Niacinamide significantly improved uneven skin tone and reduced spots in the human test subjects. Good luck!

Ambi does work pretty well, and much more quickly. I used the glycolic gel by Peter Roth Thomas for 4 months religiously and it didn't do anything. I hope your lightening gel by him does work. I started using my Ambi again for those driver's side window spots. When I stopped using, my pigmentation also returned.

Ambi fade products are cheap and I spot treated some hyper pigmentation on my cheek (driver's side window damage!) and it faded them substantially. However, I stopped using the product and the pigmentation returned by the end of summer. I thought they might be marketed for women of color, but I am very fair and they worked on me.
