The Juicy Couture girls have lost their minds! They have created the first fragrance for dogs! It’s called Dog Pawfum, and it’s part of the new Juicy Crittoure body care line for decadent doggies! Who knew dogs needed perfume? I am curious to know what this ridiculous product smells like! I wonder if it smells like the Juicy perfume for people, or if it has a dog-pleasing odor like dirt or kibble.
If you like seeing pugs and greyhounds dressed up in pearls and pink wigs, there’s an admittedly adorable video on the Juicy site. Included in the new doggy body care line is Dog Nail Pawish in pink or brown. Yes, that is nail polish for dogs! There’s also Dog Shampooch and Dog Coif Fur Conditioner. I’m sure all of this stuff is safe to use on pets, but it just seems sort of crazy. Well it’s not any crazier, I guess, than my mom washing her dog in Pantene, which the vet said was fine. There’s a little part of me that wants to get that nail polish for my cat, but it just seems too wrong.

I bought Barnaby, my very Scottish Dandie Dinmont hunting terrier an 8 piece Juicy Critture set that came with the shampoo, conditioner, the cutiest dog brush ever and the most adorable bronze-like pawfume dispenser made to look like a terrier.
Which is why I stumbled across this website. The shampoo and conditioner smell so insanely good that even if my little Barnaby is more of a Khiels dog, there is no way he couldn’t love this decadent smelling combo.
But it is the pawfume that, like I said, caused me to research. It smells so good, I had to surf the Net to make sure that it is actually meant for dogs. It smells that good. In fact, I’m wearing it right now and it is just divine.
In short, while this article confirmed that the perfume is for dogs, I still ain’t buying it because this stuff smells too damn good not to wear yourself!
